This report presents the technology approach behind Merrill Lynch Bank Suisse's (MLBS) wealth management services and the latest steps taken by the bank to differentiate itself from the rest of Switzerland's financial organizations.
The study examines how Merrill Lynch is using technology from SAGE to enrich and more clearly define and manage internal business process to better serve its clientele. SAGE has developed its current system with coaching from Merrill Lynch and has taken much more of a development approach, building a solution that is customizable to fit the needs of financial institutions.
