Finally, the daunting task of processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions can’t be more productive. An ingenious cycle from issue announcement, to event capture, to electing the eligible positions, and finally processing the transactions in portfolios depending on the option selected (for voluntary corporate actions).

Any type of corporate action can be processed because thanks to Prospero the corporate actions types can be defined in templates by users without they need programming knowledge. Since this module is based on events and cycles, transactions are only booked in the final stage of the cycle, allowing more flexibility and amendments to the event before booking it in the portfolios.
