Routing orders is done graphically: a workgroup is represented by an icon, a user just need to draw a line with his mouse between any two workgroups, then select a condition for routing the order (e.g. when order amount is greater than USD100’000). Then, Prospero will do the rest. Orders can be routed from one workgroup (Front-Office, clients on the Web, Credits, compliance, Back-Office) to the other for virtually any reason: large amounts, insufficient credit lines, insufficient level of authority, investment restrictions breached, short selling, compliance, and many more. You may draw a complete workflow from the initial capture of the order to the final accounting of an order in the portfolio.
The new graphical order management tool is centralized. This means that not only you never leave Prospero, but it is also used to route orders of any module of Prospero: deposits, loans, security trading, FX trading, fund management, money transfers, and securities transfers.
