When single or bulk securities transfers orders are captured in the Securities Transfers module of Prospero, strict credit and compliance checks are performed online. Then several levels of approvals may be set and orders are routed electronically, using a graphical and user-friendly and integrated workflow tool. When the orders reach the Operations department, custodians and settlement instructions are automatically selected by the system. Orders are then booked and processed in portfolios.
This STP process is used throughout all the other modules of Prospero: cash transfers, Forex, money markets, securities trading, etc.
